Terms of Service

Half of the price of the commission is to be paid upfront and the other half upon completion of the piece. I accept payment through most standard digital payment methods (PayPal, CashApp, Venmo, Zelle, etc.).I require a reference for drawing, unless you give me creative liberty. This can be: a drawing reference, a collection of example photos, and/or a detailed written description. If giving a reference that is vague or lacking detail, please remain available to answer any questions.I retain ownership of all drawings I make. This may result in my posting the image to social media, using the image as a reference for commission pricing, etc. However, this will NOT include using images of your characters for commercial purposes (such as merchandise) without your written consent.Likewise, you may use my drawings for personal use with credit (such as posting the image to social media with credit, making it your profile picture, etc.), but you are NOT allowed to use my drawings for commercial purposes without my written consent.I revoke consent to using my art for AI purposes. ANY usage of my art for AI purposes or for commercial use without written consent is considered theft.These terms are subject to change. If they do while we are working together, I will keep you updated.

• Artistic Nudity/Adult ContentThough my skillset is not very established in these categories, I may be willing to draw*:
• Monsters
• Anthros
• Animals
• Sci-Fi
• Landscapes/Backgrounds
• Complex Designs
*[This will be on a case-by-case basis.]I am NOT willing to draw:
• Anything illegal
• Overly complex designs
(Example: Detailed Machinery, Multiple Weapons, etc.)For anything not listed, feel free to ask! :)

These are the starting prices per character. Final price may vary by complexity, pose, number of characters in the scene, etc.*
